Our price advantage is achieved by committing production volume with the factories. Today, we are in the volume game. To maintain our price advantage, we will have to constantly increase our sales volume by reaching out more markets.
Critical success factor must be able constantly “launch” or “re-launching” products (reinventing menu) that is suitable for our market needs.
